_S_e_n_s_o_r_y _a_n_d _p_h_y_s_i_c_o-_c_h_e_m_i_c_a_l _d_a_t_a _o_f _o_l_i_v_e _o_i_l_s

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     A data set with scores on 6 attributes from a sensory panel and
     measurements of 5 physico-chemical quality parameters on 16 olive
     oil samples.  The first five oils are Greek, the next five are
     Italian and the last six are Spanish.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     data(oliveoil)

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

     A data frame with 16 observations on the following 2 variables.

     '_s_e_n_s_o_r_y' a matrix with 6 columns.  Scores for attributes
          'yellow', 'green', 'brown', 'glossy', 'transp', and 'syrup'.

     '_c_h_e_m_i_c_a_l' a matrix with 5 columns.  Measurements of acidity,
          peroxide, K232, K270, and DK.
