| fwdmvDistancePlot {Rfwdmv} | R Documentation |
Plots the Mahalanobis distance against the subset size for each unit in the fwdmv object.
fwdmvDistancePlot(x, group = NULL, id = FALSE, psfrag.labels = FALSE)
x |
an fwdmv object. |
group |
show only the trajectories for the units in this group. |
id |
identify trajectories in the plot. If id = TRUE then trajectories in the plot can be identified interactively with the mouse. If id is an integer vector then the trajectories for those units are identified in the plot. If id = "all" then all of the trajectories are labelled. |
psfrag.labels |
a logical value. If TRUE then the x, y, and main labels are set to "xlab", "ylab", and "main" for replacement via the psfrag utility. |
a list is invisibly returned. If id = TRUE then the list has an element named selected containing the indices of the identified trajectories.
