Fits models to longitudinal sets of networks.
Use siena07 to fit a model.
Data objects can be created via the
Gui displayed by siena01Gui, via
sienaDataCreateFromSession or directly from matrices and
vectors using sienaNet, coCovar etc. and finally
sienaDataCreate.
Effects are selected using an effects object, which can be created
using getEffects.
Control of the fitting requires a model object, which can be
created by model.create.
More detailed help is available in the manual which you can display
using
