| mixlow-package {mixlow} | R Documentation |
Uses a mixed-effects model to calculate parameters of concentration- response curves. These parameters are used in calculating Loewe interaction indices to quantify drug synergism/antagonism.
| Package: | mixlow |
| Type: | Package |
| Version: | 1.0 |
| Date: | 2008-06-27 |
| License: | GPL-2 |
Functions are generally called in this order: readDataFile,
prepareData, doNls, doNlme, and doLoewe.
Plot functions are available to view results graphically, and values
returned can be used to create custom plots.
