_D_u_n_c_a_n'_s _O_c_c_u_p_a_t_i_o_n_a_l _P_r_e_s_t_i_g_e _D_a_t_a

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     The 'Duncan' data frame has 45 rows and 4 columns. Data on the
     prestige and other characteristics of 45 U. S. occupations in
     1950.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     data(Duncan)

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

     This data frame contains the following columns:

     _t_y_p_e Type of occupation. A factor with the following levels:
          'prof', professional and managerial; 'wc', white-collar;
          'bc', blue-collar.

     _i_n_c_o_m_e Percent of males in occupation earning $3500 or more in
          1950.

     _e_d_u_c_a_t_i_o_n Percent of males in occupation in 1950 who were
          high-school graduates.

     _p_r_e_s_t_i_g_e Percent of raters in NORC study rating occupation as
          excellent or good in prestige.
