_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

Computes Kulczynski distances between the columns of a 0-1-matrix.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     kulczynski(regmat)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

regmat: 0-1-matrix. Columns are species, rows are regions.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

The Kulczynski distance between two species is 1-(mean of (number
of regions where both species are present)/(number of regions
where species 1 is present) and (number of regions where both
species are present)/(number of regions where species 2 is
     present)).

_V_a_l_u_e:

A symmetrical matrix of Kulczynski distances.
