_J_o_i_n_t _i_n_c_l_u_s_i_o_n _p_r_o_b_a_b_i_l_i_t_i_e_s _f_o_r _s_y_s_t_e_m_a_t_i_c _s_a_m_p_l_i_n_g

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Compute the joint inclusion probabilities for systematic sampling.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     UPsystematicpi2(pik)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

     pik: vector of first order inclusion probabilities.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     Return a NxN matrix with the first order inclusion probability for
     each unit k in the population on the first diagonal and with the
     joint inclusion probability of units k and l in position (k,l) in
     the matrix, where $k\neq l$  (N is the population size).
