_R_a_n_d_o_m _s_y_n_o_n_y_m_o_u_s _c_o_d_i_n_g _s_e_q_u_e_n_c_e _g_e_n_e_r_a_t_i_o_n

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Generates a random synonymous coding sequence, according to a
     certain codon usage bias

_U_s_a_g_e:

     synsequence(sequence, numcode = 1, ucoweight = NULL)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

sequence: A nucleic acids sequence 

 numcode: The genetic code number as in 'translate' 

ucoweight: A list of weights containing the desired codon usage bias as
          generated by 'ucoweight' 

_V_a_l_u_e:

     a sequence translating to the same protein sequence as the
     original one (cf. 'translate'), but containing synonymous codons
