_V_a_r_i_a_n_c_e _C_o_m_p_o_n_e_n_t_s

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     This function estimates the variance components for ANOVA.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     varcomp(a1, a2, f1, f2)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

  a1, a2: analytical duplicates 

  f1, f2: field duplicates 

_V_a_l_u_e:

pct.regional: percentage of regional variability

pct.site: percentage at site variability

pct.analytical: percentage of analytical variability

    pval: p-value
